Certain resellers, OTAs and channels connected through Travel Curious require additional information (supported through Capabilities) from a supplier, product or option for a successful channel binding.
Expedia, GetYourGuide
These channels both require the Hours Capability on bound products.
When connecting products on Expedia and GetYourGuide through Travel Curious, the productId (GetYourGuide) / OfferID (Expedia) used must match Travel Curious's RateID for the product to be connected.
The RateID value is an internal identifier generated by Travel Curious when new products, options & units are pulled into Travel Curious. If you are a Travel Curious V2 API partner looking for a RateID, please contact Travel Curious S upport.
